  • Model requirements and scheduling expectations
  • Instructions for what to bring

Important Model Requirement Reminder

Hands-on training requires that students arrange their own model patients according to Academy requirements. Specific model eligibility criteria and scheduling instructions will be provided in your upcoming training email.

Please note: Models are responsible for the cost of product used during training, payable at the time of service.
